we did learn new things every day in our life some of the work is part of our daily routine so we all used to of that and we did them with a good speed and of course with more accuracy.
It did take us 21 days to learn any new habit and that is really proven and most of us are well aware of that too. So, in my opinion, work for the accuracy in your work after a few days sure you will get the speed and accuracy both, but not all of us have the patience to wait that long.
Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.

If you are able to do work fast but work is not with accuracy then the work is a complete waste most of the time. if you did find some good from that it will be just like searching a needle in the grass
If you did learn the starting things properly .lt will sure be easier to do the rest of things.
If the base of the building is strong then sure the building will last long if it is not strong then the building will not long last
So, it is a good thing to start slowly and the beginning, and when you did learn all the basics then speed your speed slowly and that is the best strategy, But most of us did want to speed up at the beginning.
can you see a rider did get skilled and then he take part in the race it is a good chance the rider will win?
