What's The Crypto Play In 2025

in #hive-1679225 days ago

There's been a lot of talk about people thinking the the election is going to play a big part on crypto adoption and while I believe that myself I still think either way crypto is going to do well. It's just that one is going to be more of a slugfest while the other is a lot smoother and faster.

*This article is for entertainment purposes only and is not financial advice. Do your own research before investing and understand the risks.

That being said many people are currently sitting and waiting which personally I feel is a huge mistake. Why do I feel that way?

It has a lot to do with what I'm going to go over here in this article so let's dive in!

The Money

When it comes down to investing money talks and those with large amounts of money are the ones you should be watching. While there are plenty of youtube channels and people talking about some off the wall token it's going to really bit luck or hit or miss as to what one ends up taking off.

When we look at the major players at the moment we can see that they heavily went in on both Bitcoin and Ethereum fort he first six months of this year. It's still pretty much all anyone is talking about but what's happening on the backend now that everyone is focused on ETFs is the amount of trusts that these companies are now launching.

These trusts are allowing this major money holders to start getting in on altcoins and building up massive portfolios in these sectors right under peoples noses without it really catching any main stream attention.

This means money is no longer just flowing into Bitcoin and Ethereum instead there's actully a fair amount flowing into altcoins and will most likely only continue to increase.

To me this will spark a major alt coin season in early 2025 most likely but also depends on who gets voted in as to how fast it will be.

Again I believe if Trump is elected the bull market in general will come far faster then under Harris.

While bitcoin and ethereum will go up in values themselves the percent change is going to greatly pale compared to many of these alt coins.

A Word Of Caution

Now if you're in the game of just making money and you don't really care which I expect is many people then this section of the article does not apply to you. However if you believe in the vision of crypto and decentralization then this section applies to you greatly.

I believe that many of the "alt coins" that are going to do well are going to be what are known as blockbuster block chains.

These are blockchains with major funding, seeding and assets held in a pool for the teams to tap into for things like development, market research, marketing and promotion and more.

These blockchain projects however are very centralized as much as they want to say they are not. This is because a large percentage of those tokens are held by the core team. While some have a set in stone emission they can sell the assets off we have seen first hand when you pull up the back end that there's major selling happening outside of the known core accounts which is throwing up a lot of questions as to whos behind those and how trust worthy those white papers really are.

Again I believe if Trump is elected the bull market in general will come far faster then under Harris.

What could be the reason for this?

because he's pro crypto while the other is putting on a show to try and get some extra votes.

Election will not change nothing in my opinion. The economy and US rates will do.

Most of us citizens don't even save money, they will no t embrace Bitcoin or crypto just because a new president.

Personally I wouldn't consider buying crypto assets as "saving money" most people look at it as buying something which is right in line with the US mentality.
