As my siblings just got finished with there final exams here im again trying some cool diy Activities with them. Because kids love it and so do i. So today we will be making pixel art sticker to decorate our sketchbook.
Materials we need for this DIY :
°A graph paper (with small squares)
°A pencil (to mark down the main outline )
°Sketch pens
°Scotch tape
° Double tape
° Scissors.
°And a Black marker.
So i began with a Graph paper and i carefully started numbering the squares vertically and horizontally both ways.
For the vertical measurement i went with 35 squares this will be the height of our pixel art
and horizontally i marked 32 squares this will be out width for the pixel art.
Now we just start marking the ouline for our character with an X on graph paper. I'm making a Keropi Pixel art which is a sanrio character just like hello kitty.
i started marking the lineart making sure both sides go symmetrical and in right proportions like the eyes need to be properly identical here i got the First outline all marked as an X and other parts like his shirt and blush spot were to be marked as an O .
Now i take my Black marker and start coloring the X marked squares. thats pretty much most of the work we will do.
after doing all the squares i also did the smile and his eyes.
Now i colored the O marked boxes with pink and blue. Then i just picked my Pastel highlighter pens and colored Keropi in a Neon green Color .
so thats our basic function done.
I take the scissors and start cutting this cute little frog then to make it a sticker i just put double tape behind it while putting scotchtape to the front so it stays water proof once i was done i just peeled the back double tape off and pasted this cute sticker on my sketchbook.
Here is how the Sticker looked in end 😍 This was the final result.
Hope you like it. I might start doing some pixel art stickers more often as i find it really fun.
That's all for today Thank you for your precious time and support ❤.
