Hello. My name is Igor, I'm from Ukraine, Kyiv city. I'll try to tell you a little about myself.
Until February 2022, I have been engaged in entrepreneurship for more than 7 years. I worked in a variety of areas. For the last three years I have been selling a variety of landscaping stone.
I also had my own bookstore where I sold and rented books. In connection with the move, I closed the book business. But books are my hobby and someday I will return to this to create a cozy bookstore with lounge music, soft chairs and a cozy atmosphere.
Before entrepreneurship, I worked in active sales. After graduating from the institute, active sales, active searching for clients is my second self. That is why I went into entrepreneurship and continued to implement various activities in budget marketing.
In the fall of 2021, I actively engaged in business processes to launch a marketplace for landscape stone and related products within Ukraine. I had a cool base of my suppliers, clients, partners and competitors. But the events of February 24, 2022 in Ukraine completely changed my future plans...
I came to the crypto world in March 2022, since then I have been devoting all my time to various crypto projects. Today I am an Ambassador in 6 crypto projects. I diligently fulfill the duties assigned to me, collect project tokens and wait for the next bullrun. Although I understand that it is still very far away. And I think that now is a great time to do activities in the crypt, collect tokens and wait. Even if the waiting takes several years.
My second interest in crypto is web3 social networks. Now I give them 50% of the time. I study, test, deal with tokenomics and monetization. In one of the social networks I am an Ambassador, in the rest I am an active user. Now I got to Hive and its ecosystem.
Why do I spend so much time on web3 social media?
In simple words, I believe that this is a future trend. Sooner or later we will all go to web3. But better early than late. I see huge prospects in these projects. But what else I like is - writing, creating content.
In 2011, I started a WordPress blog. This was a blog about my sales experience. Every day I wrote posts, responded to comments, created a cool thematic forum and did not spend a single cent on advertising. Google really loved me and my content. A year later, more than 1000 users visited my blog daily. But I decided to remake the blog into a platform where everyone could write. And it was my mistake... As a result, I sold the site and I still regret it.
I never promoted my Facebook account. I did not like to advertise my personal life in front of my acquaintances.
What do I expect from Hive?
I remember how much pleasure I got from blogging. And I want to resume my writing and get that pleasure back. Of course, I'm not going to write about sales anymore. But I guarantee a variety of life interesting stories.
P.S. While writing this post, I lost access to my accounts. I contacted support and they said that someone had access to my password. Thanks to support for giving me back access to my account the next day. Now I will be more careful.
As soon as I signed up for HIVE, I wrote a few mini posts. And only after that I decided to study this blockchain very well and how to write posts correctly. I wanted to delete previous posts, but I couldn't. Here I can only edit posts. So I added a photo everywhere and left it as it is. My next posts will not be short.
