Good day everyone it’s so nice to meet you all on this platform and I’m using this medium to salute and also applauded the great works of the creators of this platform from my own perception,we can promote and show our talent here in many diverse way I guess this is the main reason of establishing this platform.
I would like to reveal myself by letting us know more about my personal data.
I am Ogunniyi Oluwatosin,I am a visual artist,I was born in the late 90s amongst the rustyroofed dwelling of the ancient town of Oyo state “Eruwa ojoko ” Oyo state Nigeria.
I discovered myself right from my tender age,though im a fan of cartoons drawings and animations and as a child I always dream to be one of the most prominent artist.
I keep the hope alive by drawing everyday and practice more with as much passion and pure intent as many others.
I started developing my interest and passion for art with the help and guidance of my mother because right from time I don’t have a father figure,I was raised predominantly by my mother who’s a textile artist.
I continue my quest for knowledge at the college where I obtain my national diploma in good grades After my college days I had to go for industrial training and that’s when I got in contact with OLUWOLE OMOFEMI who has been my source of inspiration til date.I finally complete my tutulage ship under Oluwole Omofemi and his drawing and painting skills has enriched my career till date and moreover I got my zeal and enthusiasm from the work of the following artist: Kehinde Wiley, Ibeananaba, Dotun Popoola, and many and see them as inspirational figures. I deliver and render my artworks with the medium of charcoal, and pen stroke.
I heard about this great platform from an amazing artist friend @tezzmax,who has been a member for years,he commended the platform a lot and spoke about the positive impact so Decided to give it a try and see how much it would also impact in my life and art.
Most importantly I also see the platform as an opportunity to improve and also challenge myself to creating art everyday .
