I went to see the doctor for a body check, and from the result it shows I was not having a healthy diet. My doctor recommended that I eat much of vegetables and less of junk.

I went back home to prepare my vegetables, but when I served it to eat I lost appetite. I'm not used to eating this vegetables, I still love junk, what am I to do?

I want to stay healthy without eating vegetables all the time as the doctor recommended.

Well, eating healthy saves us from many things and practice makes perfect. Try eating healthy meals, practice it, and see how it becomes perfection.

Changing habits is not pleasant, but I think that continuing to eat foods that make us sick is not a good option.
