Well, actually, there are no specific rules regarding healthy dinner hours. However, it is generally recommended to have dinner before 19.00 or no later than 3 hours before going to bed.

At night, scientifically the body will rest its organs because it prepares itself for sleep. Eating food too late at night can cause more fat to be stored than fat converted into energy, so it is not good for body health.
