Greetings my fellow Splintdorians, thought I just invent a random word for the last opening of my CL pack journey. I still have a decent handful unopened and I might keep it that way for now, see how things go. I will do a summary post to share what I have gain from this adventure and who knows, maybe I will do it again…….highly doubt it, but never say never.
So were the SPL gods smiling on me for my last 20 pack opening? Still can’t believe I opened over 2,000 CL packs. The SPL gods did give me a good start with 3 Legendaries to celebrate this momentous event. Good start I thought and the Commons didn’t disappoint. 9 Neutral Commons with 5 Supply Runners (*hint: Supply Runner is not the most duplicated) and 5 GFs! Haven’t had this kind of luck in a while. I even got a GF Rare with the versatile Xenith Monk. Total of 23 Rares including 3 Rare Summoners which is a decent haul of Rares considering I still have Epics and Legendaries. Only 3 Epics, but one of them is the impressive Wave Brood. Time for the Legendaries, will I get a GFL to top it all off?? Sadly that’s not the case, although they are really nice Legendaries with Scorch Fiend, Alvar and the Legendary Earth Summoner, Immortalis! He is one of my favourite summoners! Great way to end this journey 😊
So I mentioned earlier that 5 was not the magical number for this round, its 6 which only one Common card managed to achieve. And the final giveaway card is the Water Splinter’s Flying Squid!! Do we have an outright winner or I gotta spin the wheel to give this last card away? YES! We do have a correct guess and he’s been guessing for a long time and has won a few cards already. Congrats to @olaf.gui for being the last winner. Sorry, no special prizes, but thanks for joining in all this while.
