Every time I hear of enterprise blockchain I'm reminded of the scene below but with the text which is way to long:

When you have to use a database, use a database, don't use a blockchain.

I've thought long and hard about it and outside of public games and forms of public value transfer, the only legitimate use of a blockchain as a database is Podping.

Even if governments thought they could control the entire use of money, they'd just use a freaking database not a public blockchain!

Yeah I love a good deepstate world-domination theme as much as the next guy but CBDC will not help them.

An immutable public database like Hive is one of the fanciest, coolest ways to keep an AI "mind" in check. Since history cannot be rewritten, the future cannot be altered. Since it can "speak" for everyone, you'd want everything it knows to be public, permanent, and impossible to manipulate either by itself which is still science fiction, or humans who like to control things. It also requires new data and new thoughts in order to stay relevant but if you look at how something like Bing search chatbot functions for example, when people engage with information in that fashion, they are not visiting the sites that depend on clicks, while humans still require an incentive to create new thoughts and new data, like what we have here.
