All Set to Go Wrong by @underlock

Have you ever planned a strategy in Splinterlands that initially seemed perfect, and everything was set for an easy victory, but in reality, everything went wrong? Well, I believe everyone has experienced this in this game, which always manages to surprise us with unexpected compositions that opponents create, either by luck or pure foresight.
In the match I will share with you today, there were no combo Rule Sets or significant restrictions forcing the creation of specific compositions, and with that in mind, I decided to bet on a safe strategy that would completely limit the opponent's chances of winning. My combo was quite simple and required just three things: the summoner Lily Shieldpaw, Almo Cambio, and several cards with the Tank Heal ability.

Broke at 40 by @dwayne16

There is a trend in Nigeria where, approximately every 40 years, a significant number of men face financial difficulties. Several factors contribute to this trend, which seems to be worsening over time. One major issue is the declining state of the economy, compounded by the constant cycle of inadequate government leadership. As the economy deteriorates, the challenges faced by citizens become more prominent, leading to an increase in the number of people living in poverty. Frequent changes in policies have made it increasingly difficult for many families to meet their basic needs and feed themselves.

Gifu’s Deal with Rising Star Game by @gifu

With the recently released GIFs made for the BBH project, that's about the second successful deal we've had, after the one with Splinterlands, and given how effective the GIFs made for this project have been in creating widespread exposure for them, it's evidence of Gifu team capacity to take your brand to the next level, and in light of that, we're pleased to inform you that we've got something going on with the Rising Star game.

MY NEW MOVIE PLUGIN - SHUTTERMOVIES by @starstrings01

For some reasons, Netflix decided to increase their subscription prices in my country, and it has gone a little above budget. With the previous pricing, I had a little difficulty paying for the monthly subscription. I was actually doing a premium subscription, which my family members and friends had access to. Sometimes the sub was paid by me and sometimes a friend of mine, but it was more of me. Since the increase and the disagreement between me and this supposed friend, we don't do the Netflix subscription, and I do not really see the reason to make a premium subscription too as well.

dCity Progress Update #30 by @vaynard86

The game is a city simulator game based on Hive NFTs where one can create a city the way we want it to be. As players develop and grow their cities, optimization is needed in terms of buildings, city population, the income that the city yields and technological developments. While many aspects of the game can be calculated based on the simulator within the game, there is a portion of randomness in the form of crisis event which can bring different kind of impact to city which affects income or popularity. If you like the original SimCity, I am sure you will like this.

LUT Garden Report #9 by @livinguktaiwan

The two hotlips have grown very bushy and at this rate they're going to squash my lavender next year. I didn't realise they'd grow so much otherwise I would have planted them some where else. Next year I'll have to decide which plant I need to move.

Hive Power Up Day - December 1st 2024

Thank you so much for the mention. Have a great day! @brosonleo

Really interesting about the Nigeria post, showcasing the inability of almost any government to produce results because a total lack of incentives. In more advanced economies this is masked as they can print the sh*t out of it in fiat money and the size of the economy hides the imbalances, at least for a while, but in smaller economies the results are quickly experienced. I always have thought that the true libertarian wave should come from the poorest countries, where resources are too scarce to be wasted on bureaucracy and random government programs who just move money from the Public Treasury to their friends...
