Mi último gran logro fue alcanzar la cantidad suficiente de glints para obtener el título Veterano jugando en el formato wild. Ahora iniciamos una nueva etapa en moderno y quiero compartirte mi progreso. Comencemos!
Greetings Hive Nft Game Latino community, I welcome you to this post where I record my progress in the modern format in Splinterlands. My last great achievement was to reach enough glints to obtain the Veteran title playing in the wild format. Now we are starting a new stage in modern and I want to share my progress with you. Let's get started!
Esta nueva temporada, decidimos comenzarla en el formato moderno prácticamente desde cero y sin casi ninguna carta Reward Rebellion. Nuestras herramientas para abrirnos paso fue usar las antiguas cartas soulbound y complementar su efectividad con cartas gladius que podíamos usar con los invocadores soulbound. Con estas herramientas logramos abrirnos paso hasta la liga de oro II!
This new season, we decided to start it in the modern format practically from scratch and with almost no Reward Rebellion cards. Our tools to break through were to use the old soulbound cards and complement their effectiveness with gladius cards that we could use with the soulbound summoners. With these tools we managed to break through to the Gold League II!
Boost de recompensas/Reward Boost
Una de las primeras cosas que noté al pasar a este formato fue que no importaba si tenía 220K en Sps alquilado o si jugaba unicamente con mis propios sps en staking (20K aproximadamente) mi boost se mantenía sobre el X10 asi que decidí no gastar alquilando Sps por ahora.
One of the first things I noticed when moving to this format was that it didn't matter if I had 220K in rented Sps or if I played only with my own staking sps (approximately 20K) my boost remained above X10 so I decided not to spend renting Sps for now.
Mis victorias en la liga de oro me dan en promedio 2,5 Sps y en Glints unps 300 a 350 Glints si estoy con racha de victorias. La conclusion es obvia voy a mantenerme con los 22 K de sps que tengo en Stake, si termino subiendo más allá de oro 1 y mi Boost se ubica por debajo de 9 alquilare Sps.
My wins in the Gold League give me an average of 2.5 Sps and in Glints I get 300 to 350 Glints if I'm on a winning streak. The conclusion is obvious, I'm going to keep the 22K Sps I have in Stake, if I end up going up beyond Gold 1 and my Boost is below 9 I'll rent Sps.
Batallas Destacadas/Featured Battles
2 fueron las batallas más destacadas del día, la primera fue contra Tarsa utilizando las ruleset True AIM y Mayhem Melee. Es divertido cuando estas batallas tienen un amplio limite de mana porque permite experimentar con alineaciones interesantes. Link de la batalla en la imagen.
There were 2 battles that stood out during the day, the first one was against Tarsa using the True AIM ruleset and Mayhem Melee. It's fun when these battles have a large mana limit because it allows you to experiment with interesting lineups. Link to the battle in the image.
Aquí utilicé las 3 cartas que llamo la "Trifuerza" de Splinterlands: Lily como invocador, Agor Longtail y Oshuur en la alineación. Agor se encarga de atraer todos los ataques mientras Lily sana sus heridas con la habilidad Triage y en el caso de caer Oshuur puede traerla de nuevo al combate. Nuestro oponente dio una digna batalla utilizando cartas con la habilidad blast casi compromete nuestra victoria.
Here I used the 3 cards that I call the "Triforce" of Splinterlands: Lily as summoner, Agor Longtail and Oshuur in the lineup. Agor is in charge of attracting all the attacks while Lily heals her wounds with the Triage ability and in the case of Oshuur falling he can bring her back into the fight. Our opponent put up a decent fight using cards with the blast ability, almost compromising our victory.
Si en la batalla anterior utilice las cartas más costosas y difíciles de reunir para mi mazo dragón, acá te muestro un ejemplo de como con un presupuesto modesto y utilizando las cartas gladius es posible obtener victorias impecables, de hecho las gladius las uso con bastante frecuencia como este caso donde uso Isgald Vosrt. Nuestro oponente también decidió utilizar una configuración similar, sin embargo yo decidí utilizar un minitanque de 3 de mana el punto que sobró hizo una gran diferencia en la batalla porque me permitió usar 2 señuelos: Torrent Fiend y Chaos Agent que distrajeron a mi oponente mientras yo me encargaba de romper su alineación.
Our opponent also decided to use a similar setup, however I decided to use a 3 mana minitank, the extra point made a big difference in the battle because it allowed me to use 2 decoys: Torrent Fiend and Chaos Agent that distracted my opponent while I took care of breaking his lineup.

Opening Chaos Legion Packs/Abriendo Chaos Legion Packs
La semana pasada abrí tan solo 1 pack Chaos Legion y fui gratamente sorprendido con una carta épica dorada! Me quedaron muchas ganas de abrir más packs aprovechando su bajo precio, asi que compre 2 packs en la tienda con lo que me sobró de créditos para alquilar cartas y esto fue lo que obtube en el primer pack:
Last week I opened just 1 Chaos Legion pack and was pleasantly surprised with an epic golden card! I really wanted to open more packs taking advantage of their low price, so I bought 2 packs in the store with what I had left from credits to rent cards and this was what I got in the first pack:
Nuevamente fuimos premiados con una carta legendaria! Zyvax Vuul es una de las pocas cartas legendarias dragón que aun tengo en nivel 2, esto me anima a terminar de subirla al 3er nivel. Por alguna razón me atrae mucho esta carta pero ese recharge a veces me hace pensarlo 2 veces antes de usarla, quizás le dedique un post a como usar este tipo de cartas.
Once again we were awarded with a legendary card! Zyvax Vuul is one of the few legendary dragon cards that I still have at level 2, this encourages me to finish leveling it up to level 3. For some reason I really like this card but that recharge sometimes makes me think twice before using it, maybe I'll dedicate a post to how to use this type of cards.
Abrí el segundo pack y nos sorprendió con una carta épica! Acid Shooter es una carta que uso mucho en partidas de bajo mana, actualmente lo tengo en nivel 3 y siento que es más que suficiente, quizás lo lleve a nivel 4 para que aprenda la habilidad Cripple.
I opened the second pack and it surprised us with an epic card! Acid Shooter is a card that I use a lot in low mana games, I currently have it at level 3 and I feel that it is more than enough, maybe I will take it to level 4 so that it learns the Cripple ability.
Haberme liberado de la carga que era Wild, comprando el pase de temporada + alquilar casi 170 cartas cada 3 días me ha permitido hacer otras cosas dentro de Splinterlands como comprar packs y cartas promocionales. Ahora que estoy en moderno gasto mucho menos y disfruto más jugando con mis propias cartas y sps estaqueado.
Being freed from the burden of Wild, buying the season pass + renting almost 170 cards every 3 days has allowed me to do other things within Splinterlands like buying packs and promo cards. Now that I'm in Modern I spend a lot less and enjoy playing with my own cards and staked sps more.
Mi cosecha en Lands/My harvest in Lands
Por último amigos quiero compartirles como estuvo mi cosecha esta semana ya que el lunes pasado fue que cargué en mi granja de granos el título épico que me confiere un 25% extra de producción. Así pase de una tasa de productividad de grano de 230 Grs/Hr a 311 Grs/Hr el total generado en una semana fue de 52390 Granos un incremento bastante notable.
Lastly friends I want to share with you how my harvest was this week since last Monday was when I loaded my grain farm with the epic title that gives me an extra 25% production. So I went from a grain productivity rate of 230 Grs/Hr to 311 Grs/Hr the total generated in one week was 52390 Grains a quite notable increase.
Lamentablemente no obtuvimos ningún fragmento al cosechar estos granos, pero lo bueno es que ya acumulamos una buena cantidad de granos que podemos utilizar para meterlos en el pool grano/dec. Anteriormente lo había hecho y obtuve buenas ganancias de alli pero me salí al ver la caida del precio de Dec, pero ahora que se ha recuperado su precio vale la pena intentarlo nuevamente.
Unfortunately we did not get any fragments when harvesting these grains, but the good thing is that we already accumulated a good amount of grains that we can use to put them in the grain/dec pool. I had done this before and made good profits from it but I got out when I saw the price of Dec drop, but now that its price has recovered it is worth trying again.
Con esto termino mi resumen de como va mi progreso en el formato moderno, me siento mucho más a gusto ahora que salí del formato wild, la verdad es que la presión de tener que ganar las partidas ya que has invertido una enorme cantidad de dinero comprando los pases de temporada, alquilando sps y cartas hace que la experiencia de juego se deteriore y la idea es divertirse, experimentar nuevas alineaciones, cartas e invocadores. With this I finish my summary of how my progress is going in the modern format, I feel much more comfortable now that I left the wild format, the truth is that the pressure of having to win the games after having invested a huge amount of money buying season passes, renting sps and cards makes the game experience deteriorate and the idea is to have fun, experiment with new lineups, cards and summoners.
