We live in challenging times and while I battle my own story I thought why not spreading some smiles. Even though I won't see my doggies for a while.
There are many traumatized pets coming from Ukraine, if they are lucky enough to make it. Our pets are our family. We care just as much about them as we do for family members. Please have a thought on all the innocent animals suffering from human behaviors.
Now the fun part.
The Retriever you see is Amy. She is a 10 year old sweetheart and accompanies the group once a week. My focus was on the new dog Biggy, the white Poodle, but Amy thought she would make the better model. Every time I sat down to take some pics she was there in a blink of an eye. Appearing suddenly when I thought she was a couple feet away playing or doing other doggie stuff.
Sure Amy, why not crashing every pic lol. When I saw the pics I had to smile. She cracked me up. It is good to see her smile and be happy. Lots of my dogs smile at me.
I hope some of you can enjoy this furry goofball for a moment. I sure do and this is just what I needed now.
On a side note, I just want to mention that my beloved dog Joy is farting like crazy and I have never been happier to smell it. It may be a confusing sentence for those reading but it makes total sense to me right now.
Do it like Amy, smile once in a while. It gives hope and strengths and is a reminder to myself to do it more often.
Until next time!
