I'm not a financial advisor, but it doesn't take one to be able to look at charts of existing price data and see silver price is on the rise.
Looking at the 10 year chart, it's been a while since silver was $32/oz.

Zooming in to more recently, even the 1 year chart shows an overall uptrend in the price.
The uptrend is considerably more pronounced when looking at the 60 day chart. There is still a lot of volatility, but overall it's trending higher.
I personally wouldn't be surprised if we see silver hit $33-34/oz soon, especially considering gold is now at over $2600/oz, and many are predicting that will exceed $3000/oz in the near future. Where gold goes, silver follows with a slight lag time.
I'd like to see lower prices for both gold and silver so I can buy more, but until world economies improve, I just don't see that happening anytime soon.
