Merry Christmas to Everyone!
This was the first time that I would spend so much on Christmas day, the reason is that my 2 nephews and 2 brothers decided to make my home their abode from Christmas Day till the end of the year and since I am the host, all the food and drinks would be on me.

Normally on Christmas day, I just stay in my apartment and eat my normal food but immediately my visitors arrived yesterday, the first thing I did was to go shopping in a mall and that cost me a whooping 106000 Naira!.
We bought 1 bag of rice, golden morn, drinks, bread, and some other things, I must make the 8 days they are spending with me worthwhile...
I do not like snapping stuff like that, especially in a mall that is crowded, I can't show you the picture of the goods we bought but the cart we took was full to the brim. Yesterday was different in the mall, the queue was the longest I have ever witnessed in the mall since the day I have been going there and this is because of Christmas, people are there to get things and I guess we have people like me also there to get things to entertain their visitors.
Yesterday was fun, it was an apartment full of men and boys and we were having fun with play station until the units on the prepaid meter got exhausted, and loading another one became a problem!.

I have been trying to load the token since yesterday evening but to no avail, All I get is failed and it was not always like this, though the problem used to happen it only lasted for 1 hour or 2, once I try to load the token again, it will be successful but I have been at war with the meter since yesterday with the unsuccessful trial.
Thank goodness I have a generator and I have fuel inside which is what served us, we used that for some house and I off it around 2 a.m... My electric fan also served its purpose as it was able to keep the house cool till the next morning and am surprised that it still has some bar not yet used, it was a good thing I changed the battery.
There is enough food and drinks for them till Jan 2 when they are leaving, the only issue is the electricity, it is painful to see the light in the same compound without you having it and there is nothing you can do about it! is anyone also facing this ish and how did you solve it? I guess the power-holding company workers are also on holiday and things will fix itself tomorrow but this just cost me extra expenses beca
