I'm from Eastern part of Nigeria dominated by the Igbo tribe and Christianity is a dominant Religion here. By the virtue of being born to a Christian family, I became a Christian. now that am old enough I don't regret being a Christian. In Christian Religion there are different denominations and some of these denominations have similar doctrines while some have different doctrines. There are many churches in Nigeria and many are still springing up. Some see church as business but that's a gist for another day.
I belong to the Anglican Church of Nigeria denomination. Today is my Church Mothering Sunday, a day to celebrate mother's for their effort and input in the church and in the society generally. Mothers are rare gift from God, the same way fathers are. There is this argument that fathers are not celebrated like mothers and looking on things I will agree that it's true. Mothers love endures through, their love to their children are cannot be compared. I love my mom and I joined other church faithful to celebrate my mom, other mothers and potential mothers.
Meanwhile today is the last Sunday of the month. How time flies, I can still remember when we entered the month of March and now we are at the ending part. The mothering Sunday flyer was designed by me and the others are pictures of my mother and her elder sister, my Aunt. I cherish them alot and I love them
