Day 2419 | Start of A New Hot Yoga Year!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


After almost 3 months of procrastinating when my previous subscription to the hot yoga studio ended, I finally got back to it yesterday and took another yearly subscription. It's quite expensive at 950€ but it's well worth it as the routine really gives me a lot of benefits while my skin is also helped a lot. So from here on out whenever I can I will join on Monday/Friday/Saturday likely with some occasions where I take a couple of weeks off or times where I do something of a challenge to joing more (which might be already this week to get it started)

The first time back I always cut myself some slack and I layed down a couple of times even though I easily could have continued. Last time with my yearly subscription I joined about 100 Classes and this time I do want to top this. 150 would be amazing but I doubt that I will realistically get there.


Food Diary
It was another day of clean eating and it's starting to become a habit especially given when I did want to 'cheat' yesterday I chose for an option with nothing processed into it and all fresh ingredients. On monday, I started out with a smoothie with some extra hennep proteine powder around noon, I ate some pea pasta spirelli a couple hours before the yoga class to make sure I had eaten enough and in the evening I ate 6 clementines. All while drining about 3 liter of water.

New Day Goals: Tuesday will be a kitchen family day with some football in the evening. I will be making soup and plan to keep my eating fully clean again.
