Day 2427 | Winter Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a pretty good day as I managed to wake up early and get some stuff done with the intention to go for a swim on my way home. However, when arriving at the Swimming pool I saw that I forgot to take my backpack with my stuff for it so it will have to wait another day. I did instead get in some activity by going on the first big walk with our dog in 2025. Thi was quite enjoyable as the weather was not to cold and I did heat up along the way. I spent some time with my nieces afterwards and even though I managed to keep my eating low during the day, I went a bit too hard in the evening.

In total I did a nice 15k+ steps on the day.

I also went to buy gas for my car which is one of the general expense that I'm also tracking now on top what goes toward food.


Food Diary
I ate a banana and some healthy nut bars during the day but went all out on the Onion Soup and Hot Lightning (mashed potatoes / Applesauce / Mushroom / Paprika) in the evening also eating the leftover porting I took to my appratment the same evening.
