This is me now!
I may look happy but my mind and heart are not in the right place and I would like to work on my happiness and track my progress!
For the next 90 days, i will be doing the following
-Intense workout training 2 times a day. Once before my 9-5 and once before bed.
-Poetry Practice 1 time a day on the Poetizer App
-30 minutes of reading 1 time a day tracked inside the Bookly App
-Mental training on the Elevate App 1 time a day
-10 minutes of meditation 1 time a day on the Plum Village App
I hope I can keep your attention for the next 90 days and maybe help you kickstart your own 90-day challange to a better and brighter you <3
