Hello my lovely friends

Good health and strength depend on taking care of our own health. Come on, all my friends, today we're going to exercise together. I am one of those people who have a chronic health problem that is menstrual cramps during the menstrual cycle itself. I never knew exercise became helpful, every menstrual cycle I felt a lot of pain and I would take painkillers regularly. But when I started exercising regularly, I felt that my pain started to improve accordingly. So today I intend to run for 30 minutes and do light yoga for another 10 minutes. Regular exercise has a lot of advantages, it promotes good blood circulation, sleep well, clear skin, beautiful body and countless other advantages, so we all come to exercise and let's stay healthy. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
