Going to different places lets us witness fantastic scenes – interesting architectural infrastructures or amazing nature. Despite the increase in digital cameras and phones, most people still believe that our pair of eyes will always be the best thing to use when capturing a great scenic view, and our mind doesn’t get complete as a memory drive to collect the moments. And I could not agree more.
Sitting beside the window of a plane, car, or anything you ride on during a trip gives another vibe. Maybe it’s an opportunity to sleep well over a long ride for some of you. But I love the window seat because it allows me to see the view along the way. Since I have been studying at a university that’s hours away from our home, it is an opportunity for me to witness the beauty of my province, Zambales.
It was tiring when I went to our campus to run some errands, and riding a bus on the way home can be exhausting too. When I hopped inside, I chose the window seat since I planned to nap and relax. But when the vehicle started to move, I did not find myself sleeping.
The lovely view of the mountains got my attention better. It was when I felt like the tiredness and exhaustion started to fade away when I saw and appreciated the amazing nature we have here in Zambales.

We have beautiful beaches, stunning islands, rugged mountain ranges, and everything that overwhelms me as a lady who grew up in a province. I saw the greenery surrounding us and how the land and the sea met. It has been a great ride knowing that even when I was just on my way home, I still felt like I had the advantage of seeing almost all the beautiful places of my province.

I know not everyone gets to see something like this, and I am grateful I can. Imagine having a tiring and stressful day, and then you sit on the window seat of a bus witnessing such amazing nature. You will not only feel relieved but also have your eyes mesmerized.
