My Next-door Neighbor/Neighborhood: Tell us something interesting about your neighborhood whether good, bad or manageable. It could be a neighbour you like/dislike for a behavior or a particular situation of your neighborhood.
Honestly sometimes, neighbors might be manageable, liked or dislike due to how we relate to them and how they responded in turn. First, i want to talk about my next-door neighbor. He was actually a young man by name Udeme. He is such a nice person because he is so respectful irrespective of your age. Apart from that, i noticed something special about him. He is very hardworking and dedicated to in achieving his life's bigs dream's. He takes care of his aged father and his twin brother who is with their aged dad in the village. One day i was forced to ask him why he is so different that he doesn't bring different women just like today's guys and here is his reply.
Neighbor, not that i don't love women or sex, but am being very careful because of my life. Two things can bring a man down. Women and alcohol. Besides, I don't need distractions for now. Am building for now. So having a woman at my side will be a distraction for me. People move around with different kinds of spirits, i might fall a victim of those ones with spirit of destruction and she will ruin my future plans. So when am done building myself and an adventure that will continue to work for me even when am not there, i can look for a better woman to settle down with.
This response made me to see him as a reasonable person and that made me to like him. Not only that, he is so open and transparent. He doesn't hide opportunities to anyone around him. He is also kind a generous. Being a soap producer and an Agriculturist, whenever he produces soap, he gives me some without me asking for it. He has also introduced me into farming though i haven't started mine yet. This young man has a lot of goodies to offer. So, being my neighbor has given me the privilege to gain something from him and i believe he has actually gotten some from me too.
I now want to talk about my neighborhood. Am living in a public house but i don't share my veranda with anyone due to how the house is built. But theirs something common in my neighborhood and it gets me pissed off. Thief's always moves at night. So, if you mistakenly leave any of your valuables outside or have any if your gadgets near your window, just forget about it. The always stole phone's through the windows. Infact i don't know how they do it. My nephew phones has been stolen from his room twice through the windows at night while he was sleeping. Apat from him, others within my neighborhood have experienced that too. After stealing my wheelbarrow and other valuables i left outside, am being very careful with my phone's. I don't keep them close the windows even in the daytime.
Still in my neighborhood, theirs this young man named Utibe, his very lazy man. I dislike him so much because he will always wants to beg you for something and anytime you didn't give him, you turned to his enemy. Fuck him! Anytime little money entered his hands, you will see him with different ladies but, when it finished, he will start begging fo toothpaste, matches, oil, etc. I came to learn that he had three children with three different mothers and non is with him including the children. What an irresponsible man. I so much dislike him because of his irresponsible attitude.
