The protest taken to another level by the Indian's in quest for a better deal and good arrangement of recruitment strategy. Before now has it been that there must be recruitment of arm forces in a country so as to refurbish and replace soldiers already dead and bring to the life the security standard and provision of the said country. But this on a fair and good motive. The standpoint of this shouldn't be done under favoritism as the ideal way and pattern for this should be settled and being into the youths of the coming development so that it sinks down into their subconscious mind. The later being the case as it didn't turn out well because of the scheme and plan to execute the recruitment is not of good goal and calling for the youths.

Protesters in India's eastern state of Bihar damaged public property and ransacked offices in a railway station on Saturday, expressing outrage at a new military recruitment plan and demanding the government reverse course. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government has introduced a scheme called Agnipath or "path of fire" designed to bring more people into the military on four-year contracts to lower the average age of India's 1.38 million-strong armed forces.source

Analyzing this from a different perspective, from a wise saying that things done should be done decently and in order. If the government should decided on recruitment of soldiers that will protect the country, the plan and strategy to have such done should be critical planned out taking a full considerations about the survival of the said citizens turned soldiers recruited. Not a good job worthy of accreditation if the soldiers all or almost die in the process of training. The main fact that led to the glamouring of the citizens been showed forth with protest is the time spent and just only four years the recruited soldier will be left behind and others recruited without caring the hence forth survival of such soldier and family. How could it be that one will finish a work and then retired without having anything in hand to work more so as to survive since there arent any pension been paid.

The scheme calls for retaining 25% of the recruited soldiers after four years of service, with the rest getting priority for other jobs, such as with the state police.source

Having this as the driving force behind the newly lunched strategy should be questioned and revisited. Could this recent development in army recruit be as a result of the clashes between Russia and Ukraine as maybe they are preparing for war at anytime cause to before war is to before armed.
