Greetings All Lovely and Unique Mothers. I want to celebrate all Mothers all over world, you're all unique.
A Mother, according to Collins Dictionary is "Your mother is the woman who gave birth to you. You can also call someone your mother if she brings you up as if she was this woman. You can call your mother 'Mother'.
So today is Sunday and I went to visit a family friend who had just given birth to a lovely baby. After attending the service of course.
I saw her while she was pregnant and I saw how huge her stomach was. But to my greatest surprise, it one baby inside, secondly, the huge stomach had already gone down. Ha! I was amazed. I wondered to myself, how do human beings grow inside another human beings' belly. The one on the inside survive and the one carry the other also survives for a whole nine months. When it's time for delivery, the one on the inside, comes out through a small whole you can't even imagine how the head, there body fits in there and they come out bouncy.
I'm marveled at God's creation indeed. He created the man first and when He saw that man needed a helper, He created the woman and through this woman, mankind has multiplied in the whole universe. He knows how to place babies in the womb when it's time, He knows when to bring them out as well. And only the woman can do this.
A woman, "mother" carries another human be it a boy or a girl. With all the discomforts from morning sickness to carrying a huge heavy belly, to sleepless nights, to pushing the babies out from the womb. Then, she forgets the pains once she holds her bundle of joy.
Then , after giving birth, there comes another phase. Breastfeeding, caring for the baby, sleepless nights again. A mother still cares for the man in her life even while going through these pains.
A mother is the first **TEACHER **to the child.
She is a DOCTOR. How does mother know that a little baby who can't talk is sick? She takes her children till their health is recovered.
She is just like a SUPERHERO. She can go extra mile for the well-being of her children.
A mother is an INSTRUCTOR. She trains the children and guides them on the right path to follow.
A mother is a PRAYER WARRIOR. She prays her children into success in future.
A mother is a MANAGER. She manages everything at home, matter how little.
A mother is SELFLESS. She can go hungry just to make sure her children eat. I recall when I was left home alone with my younger ones, the food at home wasn't going to be enough for me and my siblings, so I let them have my portion. Then I later got some groundnuts, ate and drank water. I didn't realise what a huge sacrifice I made just for my siblings to have something to eat and be filled.
A mother is everything. I'm proud to be a Mother, not because I've children but because I care for my younger ones and I know I'll be a mother for real in the future.
This is a picture of little me and my late mom. I never got to meet her but I'm proud of my mom wherever she is. I Love You Mom and I miss you a lot.
Who is like a Mother? Can a man be pregnant? It's an abomination in God's ordinance if that ever happens because God never created it that way.
