Communication is very important; it is a means by which we connect, engage, and interact with people around us. Communication is the lifeblood of every relationship; without it, the relationship will not be strong. Communication can’t just take place if two or more people are not involved.
Effective communication is very important. It makes communication very strong. It is through effective communication that you will get to know and understand one another better. A relationship without effective communication will not suffer. One thing about effective communication is that both people passing the message will be satisfied.
Effective communication is the key to every relationship. I have been in a relationship that lacks communication, and we argue every time because we lack the bond. One thing about communication is that it makes relationships very strong, and the two parties will bond very well. With effective communication, the two partners will get to know what each other is capable of doing.

Effective communication means a lot to me, especially when it comes to my relationship. I value effective communication more than anything because it binds me with my partner.
Do people I come across every day practice effective communication?
People I come across on a daily basis practice effective communication. I work in any organisation where effective communication is very important. My day-to-day life is dependent on effective communication. For my team to work well, we need effective communication. My team leader will always tell us that if we really want to achieve our goal as a team, we should practice effective communication. This will help bond us together and help us understand each other better.

Wherever there is effective communication, it will be very hard for the people or the organisation to experience misunderstanding and conflict.

Active listening: always remember that communication involves two or more people. Don’t be the only one communicating. Also, give people rooms to communicate. Give them a listening ear.
Clear information: for communication to be effective, make your words clear, simple, and easy to understand. Just go to the key words.
For communication to be effective, always ask your listeners some questions to know if they understand you. This will help enhance communication. Team leaders and teachers are really doing well in this.
For communication to be effective, you need to understand your audience. Once you do that, you will achieve effective communication.
