Good day and happy new week! Amazing people of the Hive blockchain, welcome back to my blog. It is another edition in the #ladiesofhive community. I am so delighted to be participating in this week's prompt topic: What are your go-to habits for staying healthy despite a busy schedule?

It is very painful that most times I neglect to take care of myself due to a busy schedule. It surprises me the way we dedicate our time more to work than our health, forgetting that health is wealth. We forget that line that we can easily be replaced at our place of work if something happened to us one day. If there is nothing I don’t joke with, it is my health; no matter how busy my schedule can be, I try my best to balance my schedule. In fact, I put myself first at my place of work.

When it comes to a busy schedule, I am always busy, especially during this period when my boss is not around. I make sure I supervise the daily activities in the office. It seriously is not easy. I try my best to stay active so that I will not break down due to how busy I am.

Things I do to stay healthy despite my busy schedule:?

Water: Water is very important. Our body needs water in order to function very well. No matter how busy I may be, I will always make sure I have my water by my side because without water I can’t function very well. I always like my system hydrated. If I am dehydrated, it will affect my health. Water is very important to me.

meditation: more matter how busy my schedule is, I take out a minute to meditate and reflect on myself. It helps to ease some stress from me. It helps me stay more active. This is one thing I do on a daily basis: I take 5-10 minutes of my time to ease stress and rest my eye from my computer screen.

No matter how busy my schedule may be, I don’t joke with food—not just any food; I eat nourishing food that contains all the six classes of food, more especially breakfast. There is nothing in this world that will make me miss my breakfast. Breakfast is an important meal. I don’t joke with it. The moment I realize how important this meal is, I take it upon myself to always have my breakfast, no matter the situation. I always think of myself first; I will not lie.

No matter how busy my schedule is, I give myself the quality sleep I need. For me to function well, I need to relax my body system and my mental health. I try my best to have 7 to 8 hours of night rest. When you are not getting enough rest, it is 80% likely that you will break up one day.

proper medical checkup: I try my best to always visit the hospital for a proper screening.

Lastly after a busy day at work i go back to my family to stay with them the joy the give to me always make me to forget the stress i went through at work.

I know it is very hard to practice a healthy lifestyle due to a busy schedule. Always try your best to balance your busy schedule. Always remember health is wealth.

El agua es tan importante para el organismo, que hasta te puede evitar un derrame cerebral, mi pareja siempre me dice que el agua lo ha ayudado mucho en su salud y leí que lo primero que hay que hacer al levantarse, es tomar un vaso de agua, antes de comer, durante el día y hasta antes de dormir.

Que bueno que te des de 5 a 10 minutos diarios, para meditar y así central tu atención en ti.

Realmente el desayuno es muy importante, ya que es como la batería que te da la energía, para iniciar tu día.

Y me alegro que al llegar a tu hogar, te olvides del estrés de tu trabajo y te dedique amar a tu familia. Suerte en el concurso 🙏🏼

Water is so important for the body that it can even prevent a stroke. My partner always tells me that water has helped him a lot with his health and I read that the first thing you should do when you wake up is drink a glass of water, before eating, during the day and even before going to sleep.

It's great that you take 5 to 10 minutes a day to meditate and thus focus your attention on yourself.

Breakfast is really very important, since it's like the battery that gives you the energy to start your day.

And I'm glad that when you get home, you forget about the stress of your job and dedicate yourself to loving your family. Good luck in the contest 🙏🏼

Some people may take breakfast for granted, but I agree that it is essential. Unfortunately, people do the other way around, eating heavy meals on lunch and dinner than in breakfast..
