Some of that Coffee for my Friend, Please! by @marlyncabrera
So I arrive at this café near my house, to meet my best friend. We don't like to go out much; we prefer to have coffee in the quiet of our home. But it's Christmas time and it's nice to get out and see what's going on in town. After all, you can't be such a Grinch, right?
Cinnamon whey in Christmas coffee by @chacald.dcymt
Ebenezer Scrooge was the owner of an important coffee factory. His family, for generations, had worked the land, cultivated and processed the best coffee that reached the cups of the whole city, so that the man, now an old man, accumulated a great fortune...
Coffee And Emotions... by @amiegeoffrey
"Ops, no coffee on this menu?" I whispered softly in disappointment as I flipped through the menu plan for the morning on the table in the room I lodged as I realized that this hotel wouldn't offer me all the comfort I needed...
Of Heartbreak and Empathy by @teknon
"He had the guts to leave me for that…," I dragged the last word and swallowed the remaining the moment I saw Tricia in the cafe. I cursed under my breath as I tried to avoid eye contact with her but her big eyes were already feasted on me. She hated me because the same boy that just dumped me for another had dumped her for me. We were even now.
#STB Coffee Prompt Week 61 | Christmas Madness by @rinconpoetico7
It was a day before Christmas, a day with new airs, a cold breeze sheltered the feelings of those winters where hopes flowed like renewed cascades of faith. I awoke after a restful night's sleep, my brown eyes focused on the old clock that chimed relentlessly, letting me know that the morning had begun.
Coffee Think Tank by @wongi
I headed straight for the kitchen to grab myself a cup of coffee and the heap of dirty plates in the kitchen sink reminded me that I lived with a very unhygienic partner who I was currently at loggerheads with. "Jack! You know you can find better ways to spite me." I yelled in anger as I rummaged in search of the coffee beans...
Coffee with extra effect by @intishar
In the last Sunday, it was one of the most interesting days in my life because on that day something unexpected happened in front of my eyes. As it was the weekend day I woke up lately and it was very common for me in the weekend times...
When It Rains... by @jhymi
You know those days when you wake up and you already know it’s going to be a bad day? Because, for one, for whatever reason, you’re waking up sad. Or angry. Or both. That’s how I felt on the morning of the 15th. I’d overslept and forgot to do an assignment that needed to be turned in that day...
My relationship with coffee. A love for life. by @aly.squid
In the traditional Venezuelan culture, specifically in the Andean region, we consume coffee unscrupulously. Since we are children we learn to consume coffee either with milk or black. In my case it was no exception, since I was a child I have had coffee every morning and as I have grown up the consumption of coffee has increased instead of decreasing.
the coffee of noble sentiment by @irvinc
The last days of school were approaching and I was feeling defeated. I had spent the whole semester planning the moment to go out with Mary, in my mind I could imagine all the possible scenarios, all the ways I would ask her out... But every time the perfect moment came, when it was just the two of us alone and no one else could hear us...
