How wrong I was! I really liked the matcha! This is something fantastic: a soft, delicate taste that is pleasantly warming. I also liked its smell: somewhat similar to the aroma of algae. Not disgusting, but characteristic. As a sincere lover of Asian cuisine, I liked it.

One thing about the ambiance that I like from Clouds Coffee Shop is the vibes that feel homey. With a minimalist design dominated by white and brown, I feel calm and comfortable. The colors are "earth" that feels not "noisy" which keeps my focus undisturbed.

90+ score beans they will use the V60 brewing method Kalita, sometimes they do Siphon etc. depends on what the customer prefers, with each brewing method you extract different types of taste.

The Saint Espresso is a nice coffee shop. In a good area. With a nice atmosphere. Fresh food. Great vibes. Not so much of a nice coffee. But I probably can find 3 or 4 more coffee shops like this in a 10 minutes walk range of this place.
