I am talking about a delicious Cream Punch, but this time I have I added coffee, and the truth is that the flavor has been wonderful, the cream punch is one of the drinks that cannot be missing at the table during dinner or Christmas celebrations in Venezuela, I particularly love it, and I always prepare it to keep it in the fridge and take a little, at these parties...

Maybe it's the recession or something, but the coffee shops are taking a bit of a cheaper option with their designs this year. The question is, does it cost more to create a better design? I can imagine the cost is the same since you still have to print on the cups. I don't know. Perhaps they save money with the white background, which could be just white card, and cheap ink already used to print on their regular cups.

The place is made of bamboo, light materials, and Nipa Roofings, and isn't that big. Despite that, it doesn't lessen the comfortability and the chilling vibes that the ambience of the place gives off.
I felt like sleeping as soon as I stepped inside the cafe, so we immediately ordered a cup of native coffee and a burger to stuff our stomachs since we didn't where to go for lunch here yet.

One of the things that will boost the pleasant flavour is to always grind your beans fresh. Either by a manual grinder, or using an electric one, the taste is the freshly ground beans cannot really compare to the pre-ground beans. I
Another key aspect of brewing a good espresso is matching properly the grinding size, with espresso needing very fine ground coffee. Of course, the right grinding level will depend on many factors, including the beans type, roast level and of course the type of espresso machine.

The ingredients are a bit costly, but I did the math and it was much more economical to snack every day with a piece of this cold cake than to buy a snack every day in the afternoon, as is my habit.
Besides, it is something that one does without skimping on the quantities for the preparation and we do it as much more love than buying it on the street.

After spending about two hours reading the components and bean types of the most famed brands which by the way some of them had quite high prices exceeding $10 for 250 grams of ground coffee, which in my shopping area is a real high-priced atrocity, since organic domestic coffee from the farmer's market costs around $4, but, nevertheless, I moved on trying to find a type of coffee that I had not tried before.
Cozy world of "Around Pancake" in Budapest... #TheLongestTrip by @olga.maslievich
The cafe is located in an elite district of Budapest, in a luxury building... "Ohfavouritere my favorite pancakes!" - exclaimed my daughter Victoriya!
So, we found a unique place in the city center, where we later spent a lot of time several times, enjoying the design and delicious pancakes and crepes. In addition to the fact that they were tasty - the design of the dish was beautiful. Pancakes decorated with blueberries.
