Hello Everyone, especially those on the Hive Community and those looking to join!

Here's my entry for the Vibes Web 3 Music Competition. Written somewhere in 2000, for a stupid boy who definitely didn't deserve this song!

Thank you so much! This song has meant a lot to me over the years. I've always loved the lyrics! Inspired by Alanis Morrissette, Sheryl Crow, Meredith Brooks and the likes :) I guess they're my idols <3

So glad @jasperdick accompanied you in your entry, you both are great together
A complimentary musical companionship that has a nice balanced sound
There is a lot of raw pain and hurt in this entry, and the emotions
and profound reflective lyrics hit the heart

oh wow! Thank you so much! It's one of our favorites to perform. The song as evolved along with us as a duo and Jasper has definitely brought his magic to the table. I wrote this during a dark time in my teens, but I always really loved the lyrics. It's so amazing to be able to play it live, here on Ecency and on stage after sitting dormant in a file for over 20 years. Yes, I am very lucky that @jasperdick returned to my life after we lost contact sometime during our school years. It's wonderful to perform with someone I gel with so well and that we share the same vision.
