Discipline
Many people are discouraged when they see that they do not have a quick promotion on the platform, perhaps because they are only interested in an economic goal and not in the true purpose of the platform: to create quality content and share experiences.
Someone who wants to gain in scope, what he should do is maintain a discipline. The ideal, (I repeat, from my experience) is to have one publication a day, given that curators should help as many people as possible. This also helps the user not to have burnouts. Revisando mi panel de notificaciones, hubo una noticia que me llamó muchísimo la atención y que me ha hecho pensar en retrospectiva sobre muchas cosas. Ya se cumple un año desde que me uní a la comunidad de Hive y es inmensa la alegría que he vivido gracias a la blockchain, al punto de que se me dificulta ponerlo en palabras.
No obstante, sí, ¡ya es un año de experiencia! Y me resulta gracioso porque de estos doce meses, quizás solo cuatro han sido realmente productivos. A pesar de que desde un inicio tenía el apoyo, eran varias mis ataduras mentales. Necesitaba experimentar por mi cuenta e interactuar para poder estalecer mi propia estética de trabajo, mis gustos y mis atajos.
En las últimas semanas han sido varias las personas que se me han acercado, interesadas en darle una oportunidad a Hive. Por eso, para ellas y para cualquiera que lo necesite, me gustaría compartirles hoy algunos consejos desde lo que he podido aprender en este año.
Disciplina
Muchas personas se desaniman cuando ven que no tienen un ascenso rápido en la plataforma, quizás porque solo están interesados en un objetivo económico y no en la verdadera finalidad de la plataforma: crear contenido de calidad y compartir experiencias.
Alguien que quiera ganar en alcance, lo que debe hacer es mantener una disciplina. Lo ideal, (repito, desde mi experiencia) es tener una publicación al día, dado a que los curadores deben ayudar a la mayor cantidad de personas posibles. Esto además ayuda al usuario a no tener burnouts. De todas maneras, esto no es obligatorio. Si solo puedes hacer dos o tres publicaciones a la semana, también está bien. Siempre hay que tener en cuenta de que esto es algo serio y por tanto merece que se le dedique tiempo.

Interacción
Para crecer y conocer, es obligatorio interactuar. Creo que no podemos escapar de eso si queremos ser miembros respetables de la web. Hacer reblog y comentar es algo que todos los creadores apreciamos mucho en nuestras publicaciones. El voto muchas veces pierde relevancia cuando vemos que nuestras publicaciones han tenido un impacto en alguien.
No tengo tiempo para leer muchas publicaciones y curarlas. ¿Qué puedo hacer?
¡Existen los trails de curación! Desearía haberme enterado de esto mucho antes, pues la ventaja que aporta es grandísima. A través de la plataforma hive.vote puedes conocer todas las que existen, e incluso las más populares, además de que puedes configurar tu perfil para mantener a salvo tu mana. Yo en lo personal sigo el trail de yecier ya que es alguien de confianza, ustedes son libres de elegir 😊.

Comunidades
En Hive hay miles de comunidades para elegir. Cada una se especializa en un tema o iniciativa, así que es trabajo de cada cual investigar en donde puede encontrar su nicho. Si ya conoces las comunidades que van contigo, pero aún no sabes qué publicar, puedes revisar las iniciativas y concursos que se llevan a cabo en estas. Participar en estas acciones te permitirá una mayor visualización y puede que incluso ganes algún extra.
Lo más importante antes de publicar en una comunidad es leer las reglas. Incluso cuando ya las leíste una vez, si ha pasado un tiempo vuelve a leerlas. Incumplir con ellas puede provocar un mute por parte de los colaboradores de la comunidad. En caso de que hayas publicado algo en contra de las reglas de la comunidad, todavía puedes arreglarlo y comunicarte con los administradores y pedirles por favor que te liberen del mute (pero al final ellos deciden si hacerlo o no). Por tanto reitero, lean las reglas.
En cuanto al idioma, mi recomendación esa siguiente. Si la comunidad es acepta varios idiomas, prioriza el post en inglés y luego la versión en el otro idioma. Si la comunidad no tiene reglas, lo mejor será escribir en inglés. Si la comunidad no tiene reglas definidas en cuanto al idioma... ¿Adivinaste? Sí, en inglés. Si no conoces el idioma, existen muchas herramientas para traducir textos, así que no permitas que esto se vuelva una barrera para tu desarrollo.
Por último pero no menos importante...
Inversiones
Cuando digo "inversiones" uso el subtítulo de manera muy general. Como ya dije desde un principio, la mayor inversión que haremos si queremos ser miembros activos de Hive, es nuestro tiempo. No obstante, existen otras maneras de recibir recompensas a largo plazo.
Todos saben que existe el "savings", donde congelas tus monedas para recibir una tasa de interés mensual. Sin embargo, quisiera referirme al HSBI. He comenzado a implementarlo y poco a poco los resultados se van viendo.
