Weekly Reflections #7 🍂

in #hive-1261527 days ago

Hello friends from the Reflections Community! Again, I'm here to share some thoughts that have been on my mind this week. Comparing this to my last week's post, I realize how much life can change in a week, when you change your perspective. So let's go!

One of the first important realizations I had was that I was caring too much about external things. The simple idea came to me as a feather flowing through the wind. If joy comes within, everything outside is just a distraction. And then, what am I responsible of on the things happening around me? How can I become better to myself in order to improve my wellbeing? Those questions made me get out of the hole I was feeling trapped in!

Then, the other important thing was to take action. How am I getting a plan done if there's any? I had to write down my goals, break them into simple tasks in order to achieve them, and set a deadline for them. I realized that, since I didn't have things clear, I couldn't see a way out. Now I am able to organize my time better (and making sure of not suffering another burnout).

The last thing that helped me feeling better this week were my friends. Sometimes you don't need to be surrounded by people that have your same goals, but by the people tat have the energy and the vibe that make you get into action. Releasing things that are not under my control and just enjoying those sensations made me feel much better.

By now, I hope this little refelctions made you feel some kind of connection. If it was like that, let me know in the comments :).

I'll be back next week with another post for you. See you next time!
