We are getting into the subscription model everywhere. People will give some things for free but when you need more information then you have to subscribe. From TV, OTT, Delivery and everywhere we have these subscription. If you are not having the subscription either you will not able to do anything on that server or you will have limited access.

For example, I order food through Zomato or Swiggy. And they too have subscription model where if you have subscribed to their model you will get some discounts as well as you get free delivery if the restaurant is within 7 km. Similarly in the YouTube too, if we don't subscribe then we have watch ads. If we subscribe we have to pay some amount every month.
Similarly in the OTT too, we have to subscribe to watch movies, shows and everything whether it's Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney Hotstar. And recently the YouTube Creators also started their membership program which is kind of subscription model, where you to pay some amount every month to get access to those channels.
And this is how we are actually getting towards the subscription model. Everywhere we have to subscribe to get some additional things. This is taking additional expense from your income because everyone wants to get access of everything and thus they pay for it. Since we have so many apps and so many different things, we have to subscribe to every other apps to get additional benefit and thus this is actually becoming a norm.
I try to stay away from the subscription as much as possible but there are some places where I have to use subscription. I try to limit the subscription so that I don't encur more expenses in the subscription model.
