The Hive Empowers Communities Project is bringing hope to many and introducing them to the possibilities of Web3. The recent launch of two community wells in Asamankama town has brought Great joy in the town. Water scarcity is one of the biggest challenges in the area, especially for the pupils of Asamanakama school, who had to go outside to search for water for their use.
With one of the boreholes located near the school, the problem of children leaving school to search for water has now been solved. This has brought relief to the pupils of Asamankama as well as the townspeople who also faced water challenges in the area.
During the launch, the pupils celebrated with a choreographed dance, which was admired by everyone and made the event very lively and enjoyable. Following the dance, the Hive team gifted them Hive-branded exercise books.
They ended their activity by expressing their gratitude to Hive for the water project and the books. We are glad to see another positive impact made in the town and another worthwhile cause achieved. Our appreciation goes to everyone who has supported our worthy cause of helping those in need.
