Last week, I had a challenging interview, and one of the questions asked was about my biggest achievement in life. I sat for a moment, thinking about what I would say. I have done so much for myself and for others, and of all the things I have been able to do, I believe those that have brought smiles to the faces of others have been my greatest achievement.
Nothing brings me more joy than seeing people smile, and I think that's the core of life. I discussed Hive with the interviewer and how it gave me the chance to oversee several projects that had a positive impact on many people. This, I believe, truly moved her, and after a successful interview, I was hired.
When I think back on all the times I spent hours surfing the internet and finding nothing more worthwhile than I did with Hive, I realised that Hive was one of the best things that ever happened to me, and when I consider all the values it has brought to many others like me, I believe it is one of the best things that has ever happened to most of us.
Hive, unlike most social media, acknowledges user contributions and rewards them. A great deal of people who have contributed to Hive's value have also benefited. On most social media platforms, individuals contribute significantly by devoting their time and attention, yet they never get anything in return.
The kind of impact Hive has had on our lives is what I mean when I say it's the best thing that's ever happened to most of us. Anyone who has experienced Hive's effects can relate to what I'm saying.Beyond the benefits I obtained from my engagement, Hive has had a significant positive influence on my life.
It matters more to me than anything that it has given me the chance to make a difference in people's lives. The finest opportunity Hive has provided me has been the chance to manage one of the initiatives that has truly changed people's lives and made many people happy. I'm grateful to @valueplan for all the initiatives we were able to implement to support five communities in Ghana.
Without having an impact on anyone else's life, what is life? I firmly believe that the best thing we can accomplish before leaving the earth is the kind of influence we make on others' lives with the limited time we have. History is replete with stories of great individuals who sacrificed everything for the sake of others, leaving an enduring legacy of remembrance even after their passing.
Five borehole projects in Ghana and the distribution of Hive books to nine schools mark a significant milestone for Hive. With the blockchain's immutability, I'm confident that future generations will still come to read about all of the information we've documented on Hive's impacts. We may be gone eventually, but the records we have kept here will be a wonderful story for future generations to read.
I'm confident that so many developments would take place on Hive; that would be even greater than what we see today in the future, but even before that, every moment we have now has been the best possible experience that most of us in the Hive world have had.
