Hola a todos, luego de haber degustado el dia de ayer sabado unas excelentes pizas caseras varias, hoy domingo seguimos con las pastas y si de pastas hablamos que mejor que degustar agnolottis caseros, los mismos son con relleno de ricota y espinaca, con un buen estofado en este caso diferente porque el mismo es de carne de res osobuco.

Para comenzar con esta pasta que la verdad es un manjar y hace mucho tiempo que no la hacia, pues bien tomamos una olla, a la que le agregamos un poco de aceite de oliva, ajo cortado bien pequeño, sal a gusto y luego la espinaca la cual luego de lavarlas bien las pocamos bien fina, vamos agregando a la olla y revolviendo muy despacio, hasta conseguir una especia de masa.

Como dije hasta conseguir que la espinaca y la ricota quede como una masa, luego tenemos las tapas para dicho agnolottis, esta ves las compre, para poder cocinar mas rapido, luego de dejar que se enfrie un poco la pasta antes mencionado, vamos preparando una olla para el estofado como dije de osobuco.

Mientras se arman los agnolottis, en la olla antes mencionado, la llevamos al fuego de la cocina y le vertemos un poco de aceite, le agregamos cebolla, ajo y sal a gusto, para eso ya terminamos de armar los agnolottis, quedando todos en una bandeja como se ve en la foto.

Asi que teniendo la olla con lo antes mencionado, le agregamos la carne, luego de que la misma se cocino un poco le agregamos tomates bien maduros y triturados, le vertemos un poco mas de agua, zanahoria rallada y tapamos la misma para que se trmine de cocinar bien todo, una ves que esta y tambien los agnolottis cocinados, los cuales en una olla le agregue agua caliente, un poco de aceite y fui agregando los mismos muy despacio y revolviendo hasta que se cocinaron, los quite de dicha olla para servirlos y arriba de estos la dicho estofado, que la verdad salio todo muy sabroso, bueno el queso rallado es a gusto de cada uno.
