Hello everyone, how good is the nostalgia, when we remember what happened, in this case it was when I traveled to PANAMBI, in the house of my aunt, not for nothing we always have preference in the family and mine is this aunt. We know that thoughts of love go hand in hand with thoughts of happiness, that's why when I am here I have a great time, as in this case collaborating in the kitchen, to prepare the food for lunch, the same is chicken with rice with disco, as seen in the photo.
It began by lighting the fire with logs, because here is what is left over, once this reaction, the next thing was to place the disc on it, then pour a little oil, well chopped chicken, salt to taste and stir everything well so that it is well mesclando.
As I said friends, love and happiness go hand in hand, this aunt would be in my life as my mother, which I don't have her for a long time, so my love for her is infinite, as you can see in the picture and also the disc with this food, to which I also added tomato sauce, hot water.
Also a great variety of vegetables like these, grated carrot, green onion, onion, garlic, diced tomato, morron or locote and a little parsley, after the water and adding all this is mixed well, to add to the last thing the tomato sauce, more water and at the end the rice.

Friends, on one occasion a few years ago, when I visited my aunt, where I made my post, milking the cow, this time it did not happen because the animals are in heat or reproduction, so they do not give milk, but that would be nothing with the rest of the events of this place, as it is mainly the tranquility, security and above all the MOTHER NATURE, in full.

Hola a todos, que buena es la nostalgia, de cuando nos recordamos de lo sucedido, en este caso fue cuando viaje a PANAMBI, en la casa de mi tia, no es por nada siempre tenemos preferencia en la familia y la mia es esta tia. la cual vive en el campo, es a la que mas adoro, sabemos que los pensamientos de amor, van de la mano con el de la felicidad, por eso cuando estoy aca la paso mu bien, como en este caso colaborando en a cocina, para preparar la comida para el almuerzo, el mismo se trata de pollo con arroz al disco, como se ve en la foto.
Se comenzo prendiendo el fuego con leños, porque aca es lo que sobra, una ves que este reaciono, lo siguiente fue colocar el disco sobre el mismo, despues verter un poco de aceite, el pollo bien trozado, sal a gusto y se revuelve bien todo para que se vaya mesclando bien.
Como lers comente amigos el amor y la felicidad van de la mano, esta tia seria en mi vida como mi madre, la cual no la tengo ace mucho tiempo, entonces mi cariño hacia ella es infinito, como se ve en la foto y tambien el disco con dicha comida, al que se le agrego tambien salsa de tomate, agua caliente.
Tambien una gran variedad de verduras como estas, zanahoria rallada, cebolla de verde, cebolla, ajo, tomate cortado en daditos, morron o locote y un poco de perejil, luego del agua y agregando todo esto se mesclo bien, para agregar a lo ultimo la salsa de tomate, mas agua y al final el arroz.
Para acompañar, bueno es lo que queda, es con la mandioca, ensalada de tomate y lechuga, se estila siempre en la casa de mi tia, el de degustar todo tipo de comida, pero siempre la misma se la acompaña con ensalada y tambien con mandioca o yuca, a veces batata hervida.
Amigos, en una ocacion de hace unos años atras, cuando visite mi tia, en donde efectue mi post, ordeñando la vaca, esta ves no se dio por el hecho de que los animales estan en celo o sea reproduccion, entonces no dan leche, pero eso no seria nada con el resto de los acontecimientos de este lugar, como lo es principalmente la tranquilidad, seguridad y sobretodo la MADRE NATURALEZA, a pleno.
