Well, there seems to be a change in the Splinterlands weekly challenge with the name Battle Mage Secrets being changed to Community Engagement Challenge.
With this change, we have been provided options with reviewing the latest Splinterlands edition of Rebellion rewards cards review.
Me, as I confirmed recently in other blogs, has been accumulating the common and rare cards, but I did get a chance recently to purchase few ultimate chests and One of those gave me an epic card in the form of Night Reaper and I am going to review that card as part of this Community Engagement Challenge here.
Night Reaper is a recently introduced reward card from Rebellion edition as part of the new set of rewards introduced and it is an epic card from Dragon splinter with card type being magic as it possesses magic attack.
Stats:
Night Reaper, since it is an epic card, it has 6 levels and each of those level will have a different value either with attack, speed, armors or health or even addition of a new ability as we can see it from the above screenshot.
Let's see about this card in detail in below section.
Level 1:
At level 1, this monster will have 3 magic attack with 4 speed, which is in-fact constant throughout 6 levels and it has n armors in level 1 and starts with 9 health with 2 abilities in the form of flying and wingbreak.
While we all know about the flying ability, where in, the monsters with the ability will escape from earthquake as they are flying type.
The wingbreak ability is a newly introduced ability and this will remove the flying ability from a monster when Night Reaper attacks and this will be useful in earthquake battles.
Level 2:
As the card is leveled up, it will have additional stat in the form of an armor added to it along with all the other abilities and stats as in level 1.
armors will be particularly useful when we have melee and ranged attack monsters in the lineup and armors can give us another lease of life.
Level 3:
With level 3 upgrade, the Night Reaper will have an additional health (getting increased to 10) and will also have another ability added in the form of reflection shield, which will protect it from blast, retaliate, thorn and other reflection attacks.
This newly added ability will be very useful in blast rule set battles as it can save the remaining monsters getting exposed early as it can stop the blast.
Level 4:
Level 4 upgrade will see the monster have additional armor making it 2 and NO other abilities added.
The monster is already a beast with good attack and also with those abilities.
Level 5:
Level 5 enables the monster to have a major change as the magic attack gets increased to 4 and I feel this is a good move.
With it's armors, reflection shield ability, the 4 magic attack adds even more tooth to it and we may use this monster in the Second position itself because of it's good health.
Level 6:
When this monster is upgraded to level 6 i.e. the last level of this monster, it gets additional ability last standing which enables it to have extended attack, speed and can create chaos as the stats increase.
In short if we have to explain about this monster, we can say it as a beast with the abilities and the attack.
