How's your sunday going? It's been a quite day for me and just watched india vs australia cricket t20 world cup match where, india just missed on winning and that last ball 6 was a difference and india failed to win against australia in yet another match.
Keeping that aside, here I am sharing a battle with reverse speed for the social media challenge and I will also explain about the lineup I used for this win.

It was a battle with reverse speed as well as back to basics rulesets and so, the monsters will lose all their abilities and just retain the basic rule where, melee attack monsters attack only when they are in first position while magic and ranged attack monsters can still attack from their position but no additional abilities from their own.
The battle was fought with 52 mana cost limit as in above screenshot and yes, forgot to tell that, there was another ruleset of silenced summoners, meaning, the summoners also will not add any ability to the monsters it calls, so, it's like stripping all the powers from monsters and just making them to battle on their basic abilities.
Since the reverse speed ruleset was there, I used couple of 1 speed melee monsters in the front, couple of magic monsters and followed by 2 ranged attack ones with the best attack I have as below:
Lineup:
1. Mycelic infantry
Mycelic infantry is the first monster we get to our mind for a reverse speed ruleset because of it's 1 speed, armors and good health and this monster has good melee attack with 5, so it's a good choice for first position.
2. Terraceous hulk:
Normally a taunt ability monster this terraceous hulk, but with back to basics ruleset, he is going to be a normal melee monster and will get to attack from first position only.
He is a monster with 1 speed, 5 attack, good armors and good health just like Mycelic infantry and played well in this game to stop those magic monster the other person used.
3. Mycelic slipspawn
Mycelic slipspawn is our usual taunt monster mostly used at last position to divert the attack, but here, he is used in third position keeping in mind his health and also his magic attack.
4. Magi of chaos:
Magi of chaos is another 3 magic attack monster with 2 speed and moderate health of 7 and because of it's less speed, it gets to attack early.
5. Hunter jarx:
The first of the 2 ranged attack monsters I used, this is a must use in reverse speed as it has just 2 speed and more importantly, it gives 4 ranged attack
6. Goblin tower:
Last on the list, Goblin tower is another 5 attack monster with 1 speed, so it will be among the first few monsters to attack and that 5 ranged attack will be the one to watch out for as it might take out a monster itself.
So, that was the lineup I used and other person had 1 melee and 5 magic monsters on his side, but the level of attack from those magic monsters was bit less I think compared to the ones I used and that made a difference as the battle was won in 4 rounds with 3 monsters left for me and all these monsters I used did contribute well in that good win and the strategy of less speed monsters usage did the trick and also the monsters with more attack was important to win this.
