A question, if you don't mind? Does the vote % regain faster the more HP one has?
When I had "only" 200 HP (and no delegations except for the 40 from @daje10) and upvoted posts until I had around 80% left and fell asleep from exhaustion, I used to have 87%-90% when I woke up next day. I'm pretty sure I had 82% when I went to bed last night, but I had 100% when I woke up, so it feels like the regain is faster now.

No
The recovery is not faster. But when you have an important increase in HP, you gain voting power so you'll see the vote recover quickly at that moment because of the increase, but the effect is punctual only when the increase of HP occurs. Tomorrow you will see that it is the same as before.
