We celebrated the birthday of my husband last week and most of our visitors were his siblings, nieces and nephews. My Aunt and her family were also with us and my grandkids.
We were not the one preparing the foods instead it was a package deal not including the lechon. We paid the lechon alone fit 8,500 pesos included the pay for grilling. All foods were ready to eat already.
Another years of his productive life. Thanks God.
His siblings enjoyed the moment of his birthday. First time birthday without his mother who just returned to our Creator.
Pansit the traditional birthday present to represent long life.
Medium size adobo shrimps in garlic so yummy.
BEEF steak was the best too.
Malasugi or Spanish mackerel ceviche so appetizing.
Chicken adobo.
Birthday will not be the same without Lechon.
Remember tge dinugoan of my father.
My husband told me that when he was a child, he wished to have lechon in his birthday but since he is the eldest among siblings, he was just kept on going to hit his goal. He is a nice person to everyone. And now he became a principal 3.
Now that he got his dream, his child also became a teacher,we decided to give him birthday celebration yearly. This is one of his dream comes true.
I suggest to everyone that we must pursue our dream and never give up. Like me, like my husband, we are so blessed despite of the hurdle of life that we had been through, God kept our goal together.
