Hello Foodies!
Hope you're all having a fantastic day! Different types of dishes are made around the world every day. Food enthusiasts are always searching for new recipes. Today, I'm going to share a recipe with you
This is my second recipe in the Foodies Bee Hive Community. I'm confident you'll love it if you try it. I'll share the detailed recipe with images, including the ingredients I used.
Ingrediants!
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Chicken meat 1/2 Kg
- Ginger, garlic, and coriander paste 1 Tea Spoon
- Karahi masala / or you can use Red Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
- White cumin Half Teaspoon
- Salt 1 Tea Spoon
- potatoes ( optional ) 1/2 Kg you can add it for your child.
You can adjust the amount of spices in this dish to your taste, adding more or less as you prefer. And I'd like to mention that this recipe serves 3 to 4 people comfortably, so feel free to adjust the ingredients accordingly.
Let's Cook!
1 : Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add onions. Cook until they're golden brown.
2 : Add ginger, garlic, and coriander paste and cook for a few minutes.
3 : Add chicken and cook until it changes color.
4: Add tomatoes and all the spices and mix well so the flavors are absorbed by the chicken.
5: Add a little water and cook on low heat for 15 minutes with the pan covered.
6 : When the chicken is light brown and the oil rises to the surface, turn off the heat.
7 : Your spicy chicken karahi is now ready to serve. For presentation you can garnish it with pieces of ginger and Green Chilli.
