It does not require much advance preparation, and can be whipped up even at short notice. suji ka halwa is traditional, yet modern in its simplicity, making it a sheer delight.suji halwa is a traditional Indian pudding made with semolina, sugar, cashews and raisins. This simple delicious dessert has a fluffy & soft texture with delicate flavors of cardamom Suji halwa is made in many regions of India with more ог less the same ingredients & similar method. So let's start with how to make it
🌸INGREDIENTS 🌸
1 cup semolina (suji rava)
1 cup sugar
2 spoons oil
1 glass water
4 chopped cashews
4 chopped almonds
1 teaspoon raisins
half shredded coconut
2 cardamoms
🌸1.First of all, put semolina(suji) in a pan and roast it:
🌸2.After that, heat oil in a pan, add 2 Cardamom then add sugar and add 1 glass water and cook 2 to 5 min it After that add chopped almonds, chopped cashews, raisins, chopped coconut and let it cook well for 5 minutes until the syrup becomes a little thick.
🌸3.Then chasni is ready now add the semolina(suji)will mix well and cook it in the low flame and then soak the chasni Now turn the heat to medium and cook for 8-10 minutes till the water is absorbed by the suji
🌸So semolina halwa is ready: add cashew nuts, almonds and cardamom powder on top, serve it and enjoy hot suji ka halwa(semolina)🌸
