For simplicity sake in this post I will be referring to MINTHAGG token as the "miner".
A few weeks ago I bought some THG miners and have decided on a strategy. I had no real strategy in mind when I bought them .I bought them mostly to support THGaming and to see how it goes. I have decided on a strategy (for now). Like always my strategies often change but here is what I plan to do:
Leverage/ compound. That is the main strategy. I am going to put in all the THGaming I earn into buying more miners until I at least double the amount I have now. Most of these earnings are from the miner but I will also use earnings I get from posts to purchase the miners.
Right now I have 81. My goal is to double that and have 160. At current rates I am able to buy a miner 2-3 times a week on average with my earnings. The mining system, is essentially a lottery and there can be fluctuation in earnings but it seems this is the "average" for now.
Since I can't purchase miners directly with THGaming tokens I will swap them for swap.hive and use that to purchase the miners.
Right now I will basically be compounding 100% of the THGaming tokens that I earn but that will not always be the case. The APY for the miners is high right now and I am going to take advantage and leverage my earnings into more miners for as long as it makes sense to.
Hopefully this will allow me to maintain the amount of tokens I am getting . As more people stake their miners the pool will become diluted I hope that in buying a few miners every week I can keep up with this dilution at least for a little while.
My longer term plan is the stake the THGaming I earn and delegate it to LOLZ or something like that.
Even thought right now I can buy 2-3 miners with my earnings that number may go up or down-depending on factors I can't control. If my earnings go down significantly (or if the THG price goes down significantly compared to Hive) I will likely not compound as much and switch to delegating or do a 50/ 50 compounding/ delegating strategy . If my earnings on average go up I am more likely to continue compounding at this rate.
It's all fun for me anyway. I like playing around with strategies seeing what works and what doesn't and make adjustments from there.
Please feel free to share your strategies in the comments. I like reading what others are doing.
As always thanks for reading.
