It’s the weekend so it’s time for another round of Holozing fanart!
Today’s subject is going to be the water-type Holomon and I’m recreating the evolved version of it. Somehow, recreating the characters of this game brings back good memories of my childhood when I used to enjoy watching cartoons like Pokemon, Monster Rancher, and other TV shows that feature monster-type characters.
It’s funny that even at my age, I’m still fascinated by these kinds of TV shows or games. I guess I never really lost the inner child in me even if I already became mature in other aspects of life.
I’m recreating the Waller which is the Holomon evolution of Walle.
From a cute little water-type monster, he has become a fearsome-looking huge creature. I like the way evolution works because of the great improvement in looks and of course its powers or abilities.
The method of my is similar to my previous ones and here are the steps of the process.
Step 1 is sketching the overall form and proportion using a pencil.

Step 2 is to trace the final lines with a fine-tip permanent marker.
