We are nearing the end of the season in Splinterlands and before that happens I will open some more Loot Chests from the Rewards Store before it resets and today will be the day to open Major Chests.
One of my main goals in Splinterlands is to build a collection of cards so that I no longer need to rent them, this way I will spend less in Splinterlands to play and I will also save time because I will only need to log in and start battling.
- I will still need to rent SPS to increase my earnings in Splinterlands and I also intend to increase my SPS Staked in the game, but right now the priority is to build a collection of cards that will allow me to battle in the Diamond and Champion league in the Wild format.
For now I am developing strategies for the Wild format and trying to make the game more profitable for me, so when it comes to building a collection of cards my current focus is only on Reward cards and Gladiator cards since I can get them for free.
To increase my collection of Reward cards, I have 2 options in the Rewards Store, they are Rarity Draws and Loot Chests.
In my opinion, Loot Chests are the best option because they also give me the chance to get energy and jackpots, both of which will greatly increase my profit during the season and Loot Chests are more fun to open, so this is the option I chose to spend my Glint in the Rewards Store.
With my recent earnings, I have accumulated another 10,441 Glint to spend in the Rewards Store, this is a small amount but it's okay because I'll still be battling for 3 more days this season so I'll be able to get more Glint to open more Loot Chests.
My Loot Chest option today is the Major Chest, each one costs 1,000 Glint and it is my favorite to open because I can buy a large amount of them and they have a good chance of getting energy and jackpots, but the Ultimate Chests are still better but unfortunately the cost is a bit high.
I was expecting not to get any jackpots with only 10 Major Chests, but the amount of energy I earned was disappointing. Luckily I will still open a few more Major Chests before the season ends so I hope to have better luck next time and get a large amount of energy to increase my SPS and Glint earnings this season.
My current Glint earnings for the season are 84,618 Glint, this includes the Glint earnings during and at the end of the season. This amount is small for my current strategy and the reason for this is because I missed 7 days of the season so I only started making gains a few days ago. My goal is to get at least 300,000 Glint per season so that I can open the amount of Loot Chests I want.
