With winter months of diminished sunshine, holiday stress and close quarter exposures to illness it’s good to have this remedy on hand to turn sickness around.
Cheers and good health to you, let’s get at it.
The skins of 3 organic lemons
The skins of 3 organic grapefruit
Fresh or powdered Ginger (fresh is ALWAYS best)
Organic, raw or local honey to taste (about 2 TBSPS)
Juice and store the extracted juices of the grapefruits and lemon to drink now or at at a later time.

Put a lid on pot and bring to boil, then afterwards lower heat and allow to simmer for 3 hours.
Let cool with pot lid on (IMPORTANT), and afterwards, you may add 2 TBSPs of Honey and fresh grated Ginger to the mixture or an amount that you can tolerate.
Finally, strain and drain contents into a jar (mason jar preferably) and store in the refrigerator.
Dosage: Take 1 tablespoon daily for prevention maintenance. With symptoms of illness, take 1 tablespoon every couple of hours. Discontinue use as soon as you recover fully.
