DHAMPIR STALKER
The Dhampir Stalker makes an excellent addition as a ranged attack for your line up. As a gold level 2, it has 3 ranged attack with 3 speed and 5 health. The cost is a little high at 7 mana so the match mana cap will need to be high enough to allow for other cards to ensure there are plenty of others so that your stalker does not get hurt and killed to quickly.

Strategy
With the combination of the two rule sets, Target Practice and Earthquake, I decided to add a few cards with the flying ability to not be damaged by the Earthquake rule set and also a few cards with ranged attack to take advantage of the Target Practice rule set.
I also chose as my tank, a card with the Thorns ability and medium speed of 3. I also added a card with the scavenger ability to add health with each monster that got killed during the battle.
The bad news is that I lost my stalker with the 3 ranged attack during the first round. It was the only card that was killed from either side. My opponent selected the Life Splinter with a summoner that added +1 health to all of their cards.
They also added additional armor and had a card with double strike.
By the beginning of the 3rd round, I had lost another card but was able to take out my opponent's tank which had the Taunt ability. I felt lucky that I still had three cards that had the flying ability so the Earthquake ruleset would not impact them and my opponent only had one with this ability left and it was now in the first position. This should shift the match toward my advantage.
By the start of the 4th round, I knew I had won since Earthquake had taken out all but one of my opponent's cards and that card had only ranged attack and was sitting in the first position so could not attack me at all.

Results
I was able to win the match but using the Dhampir Stalker card had only slight impact on the result. In it's place, I probably should have used the Riftwatcher Cabilist card two magic attack and the Amplify ability since my tank had the thorns ability. The good news is that I won but it was against a level 1 summoner and would probably not have been as successful if my opponent would have had a leveled up summoner.
