What's the good word, D.Buzz fam?
Welcome to a new weekend post, friends. We hope you all had a great week and are looking forward to a relaxing weekend. Here are a few things we recommend doing this weekend:
- If it isn’t raining where you live, get outside and enjoy the nice weather! Go for a hike, walk the dog, or sit in the park and people-watch.
- Make some time for yourself. Maybe take a bubble bath, read your favorite book, or take a nap.
- Spend time with family and friends. Whether you go out to eat, see a movie, or stay in and chat, quality time with loved ones is always time well spent.
- Read some great buzzes from your fellow DBuzz authors right here in this post! :D :P
Starting this weekend's roundup is a post from @joseal2020. As the sun sets, the sky turns a deep pink, making for a rare and beautiful sight. Pink nightfall is caused by many factors, including the time of year, the weather, and the sun's angle. Whatever the cause, it's always a stunning sight to behold.
@nweoomon also captured a magical moment which is the "moat twilight". The moat twilight is a magical time when the world is bathed in soft, ethereal light. It's a time when anything is possible, and dreams can come true. It's a time of wonder and magic, and a time to believe in the impossible.
Still looking at the sky, we have @slothlydoesit (lol, love that name) delivering a pink sky photo as part of the #dbuzzcolorchallenge! So so so lovely, and we are thrilled that you are partaking in the game!
@koenau asked a very interesting question: "Have you seen the meeting between the moon and the sun?". It made us stop for a second and think, have we... when we read the rest of the post and saw the photo... it all made sense and, YES! We have seen such a thing and think it's magical.
Magnets are definitely fun to play with! They can be used to make all sorts of things move, which is really cool to see. Plus, they can be used in art projects, much like @projectmamabg has shown with some of their child art! So COOL!
Speaking of art, @littlesorceress is conjuring up some more knitted magic. This time, they summoned from the yarn cauldron a Hive bee. How they made it look so great is witchcraft indeed, but we recommend you see it too and be impressed like we are!
Two other DBuzz authors - @newhope1988 and @reidenling90 - also summoned a great hunger in us this week when we gazed upon the delicious food photos they posted. You know, in some ways it makes us mad when we see food photos, ‘coz we want to eat those photos!!! HAHAHA. JK, we love them! Bring us more!
@patlebo shows us a glimpse of the future. They went to some futuristic tech show. The place was awash in blue light, strange floating tables, and metaverse people... so strange... but SO COOL... Tell us more, bro!
Closing up this week, @mizuosemla reminded us that, much like the northern guard has been saying for a while, "winter is coming". For us in the northern hemisphere, the snow will start to fall soon, so stock up with warm things indeed.
No matter how you spend your weekend, make sure to have fun and stay safe! There are plenty of activities to choose from, so find something that interests you and go enjoy yourself. Remember to be cautious and take care of yourself, so you can have a great time without any accidents.
