A Bad Habit that Leads to Health Risks called SMOKING

Hi there Hivers, its me once again sharing my thoughts on Health awareness. I hope you are having/had a great day today!

Have you ever been smoking? or had smoking? Felt the effect? Good? Probably bad than good right? Maybe because that smoking habit of ours poses a significant risks to human health. Not just to the guys who smokes, but also to people surrounds them. Getting into this vice comes from curiosity or influence and become a habit to addictive. I was once a smoker so I am aware of this. Yeah, its really a good way to relieved boredom, a good way to socialize with fellow smokers, a nice coffee pair, match in your throne sitting time (C.R), keep you awake for playing games, etc. So as i experience the benefit's (is it really a benefit?), I am also suffering from getting into it deeper and deeper that i am always smoking after every meal. Two packs (20 pcs) of cigarette butts is my share to garbage on earth daily at the time that i am smoking. So when ever I recall the memory if being a smoker, there's a tinge of regret that i feel in myself. I really had a bad health habit in my younger years so there's nothing i can do about it now. I just quitted smoking and would like to thank my wife for that. Just think it like this, "No smoke quitting, then no wife!" lol.

Why Smoking is a Bad Habit?

Why our ancestors invent this anyways? Sorry, got sidetracked. The chemicals on tobacco/cigarette are harmful. Nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide are ingredients that if was taken into respiratory system, it will bring havoc in the body. Of course, you are smoking so you are inhaling this chemicals in smoke form. Medical study shows that smoking can increase blood pressure, spike of hearth rate and placing you in a state of euphoria that will bring you later to dependency. Smoking has long term effect that were documented for various form of cancer. Mouth, throat and lung cancer are examples of this. Especially lung cancer which was known around the world that the main cause of this deadly disease came from smoking. Respiratory issues are another form of health risk that can experience in your smoking habit. Medical study also emphasized that Emphysema and chronic bronchitis can be attained in prolonged smoking. This condition can clearly put your life at risk, not just health for the reason that you will experience persistent cough, breathing difficulties etc. as per study. Your cardiovascular system can be another victim you are or exposed to smoking. As per medical study, again, chemicals coming from tobacco/cigarette can damage the blood vessels and let be prone to the condition were they can get narrow and then harden. So with this situation, you are at higher risk of developing hearth diseases such as hearth attack. Another health risk that smoking can cause is to reproductive system. Smoking can be a cause for unsuccessful pregnancy or many complications. There are many proofs regarding this matter from medical research. In man, the effect of smoking is also there. Reduced sperm quality and erection problem can be some of the examples. And i repeat that non smokers, which are just bystanders or just friends that want to chit chat or socialize can become a victim of second hand smoke coming from the smokers which will put them to health risk and endanger their life.

How to Quit Smoking?

This is really a difficult thing to do if you are already addicted in smoking. I guess not possessing money for this vice is a good way to quit. You can't buy cigarette if you don't have money right? lol. It's a joke but its still makes sense right? Another thing is let your love ones be your guide. If you don't give a care about your life just think people that were important to you and make them your strength quitting. Smoking is just another ticket moving to see the "light" faster and leave your love ones here which for sure break their hearth.. (you are not a problem child ..right? :D). So you see, even smoking is helping you in some ways when you are doing that, there's a bad return to your health and others health. For me, it's really not worth doing the smoking. It is really a bad to health habit.

I have never smoked, and I do not tolerate the smell of cigarettes, it makes me nauseous, I do not really understand what is the point of this habit, as well as alcohol, but well, they are habits that people have ingrained for a long time, a bad habit, but a habit at the end.
