Step by Step || Pasó a paso:

1er paso: Lo primero que haremos es lavar y cortar los aliños y vegetales colocarlo en una sartén con un poco de aceite y onoto a sofreír, por unos minutos.

2do paso: Seguidamente vamos a lavar el bistec y cortar en tiras, condimentar un poco y añadir a los aliños previamente sofritos, dejar cocinar a fuego medio por unos minutos.

3er paso: Luego mis amigos vamos a proceder a pelar el plátano y cortar a la mitad, en una olla con agua y sal, colocar a ablandar por 15 min, una vez listo retirar del agua,colocar en un molde con mantequilla y hacer una pequeña rajas a la mitad de los plátanos rellenar con el bistec y un poco de queso, llevar al horno por 20 min aproximadamente.
